About Us
I received an autoimmune diagnosis at 13 years old, and it was like a curse that would come and go throughout my life without any apparent rhyme or reason. Yoga opened the door to my journey to the mind/body connection, and suddenly my life started to change. There’s a unique ecosystem within every one of us that is profoundly impacted by everything we ingest (food, herbs, experiences, thoughts, people, emotions, etc.) I want to share this ancient wisdom with as many people as possible, to help them gain control of their own lives and become… BOUNDLESS.
The uptick of many of today’s chronic physical and mental illnesses are a direct result of our toxic systems. We have been conditioned to focus on being as productive as possible and to repress many of our basic human emotional, mental, and physiological needs. Our society rewards the darkest human traits because they maximize exploitation and profit. However, we do have the power to change this trajectory, if we stop playing that game of comparison and competition and start helping each other to become… BOUNDLESS.
