Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary objective. If you are displeased with the products/services provided, we will cancel the order / replace the products provided the reasons are valid.

Replacement Requests should be made the day of receiving the products with photos of incorrect/damaged items. Requests received later than that shall not be entertained.
Returns/Cancellation Requests should contain the order number (provided at the time of placing the order) stating the reason for return/cancellation.
For replacement/cancellation/returns, kindly allow us 15 working days.
